Weapons collection from THE OUTPOST - Rockhampton. All weapons will incur an administration fee of $ 29 added to the sale price, which includes storage fee up to 24th November 2021. A fee of $ 8.80 per week after this date will be payable to the OUTPOST prior to collection.

· (a) the person is a licensed dealer; or
· (b) the person is the holder of a permit to acquire the weapon and acquires the weapon
o (i) from or through a licensed dealer; or
o (ii) through a police officer in circumstances prescribed under a regulation; or
· (c) the person acquires the weapon under other lawful authority, justification or excuse.
