GST Included in Bid Price if applicable to asset. A Buyers Premium of 10% (GST Inclusive) will be added to the Bid Price.
INSPECTIONS Weekdays 9am - 4.30pm and Saturday, 8th May 9am - 12pm ONLY; Social Distancing must be complied with during inspections.
